Q: Can you guarantee that the smell will be 100% gone?
A: We strive to remove as much of the odor as possible. The success depends on how long the smoke has been built up and how heavy the smoking was. For extremely severe, long-term cases some odor may remain due to deeply embedded residue. If the smell returns shortly after service, we’ll perform another ozone treatment at no extra charge.
Q: Can you come to my home or office?
A: Due to how intensive the process is, we ask that the vehicle be dropped off at our detail shop for at least about two full days to ensure the process is completed thoroughly, including proper ozone treatment and air-out time.
Q: Do you remove seats or carpeting if needed?
A: If absolutely required, seats may be removed based on the condition. In most cases we’re able to clean heavily without removal using our specialized equipment and techniques.
Q: Will I smell chemicals after the service?
A: No. We let the vehicle air out fully after ozone treatment, and by the time you come pick it up you should notice a clean, fresh interior — no chemical or masking fragrances.
